Agreement to Terms

Welcome to CleanPoolz Lancaster Pool Service. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. We provide professional pool cleaning and maintenance services in Lancaster, CA and surrounding areas. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Services We Provide

We offer a range of pool cleaning and maintenance services including weekly cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter cleaning, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, and pool opening and closing services. All services are performed by trained technicians who follow industry best practices.

Service availability and scheduling are subject to weather conditions, technician availability, and equipment access. We will make every effort to notify you of any scheduling changes as soon as possible.

Scheduling and Cancellations

You can schedule services by calling us at (661) 952-4163 or submitting a request through our website. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

For weekly service customers, we will establish a regular schedule that works for you. If you need to skip a week or pause service temporarily, just let us know in advance.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless you have established a billing account with us. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For weekly service customers, we offer convenient monthly billing options.

If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to suspend services until your account is brought current. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Access to Your Property

To perform our services, we need access to your pool and equipment. You agree to provide us with safe and unobstructed access to your pool area during scheduled service times. If you have a locked gate, please provide us with access instructions or a key.

You are responsible for securing pets and ensuring they do not interfere with our technicians during service. If we cannot safely access your pool area, we may need to reschedule the appointment.

Liability and Insurance

CleanPoolz Lancaster Pool Service carries liability insurance to protect both you and our team. While we take great care in performing our services, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your pool or equipment that we did not cause.

If we discover damaged equipment or potential safety issues during our service, we will notify you and provide recommendations. You are responsible for any repairs or replacements needed.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service we provided, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to make it right. This may include returning to address the issue at no additional charge.

Our guarantee does not cover issues caused by factors outside our control, such as heavy storms, equipment failure, or improper use of the pool between service visits.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanPoolz Lancaster Pool Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
